E-Signature Capture
Let respondents draw legally binding electronic signatures on a public Google Form without requiring them to log into a Google account or download external PDF viewers. The E-Signature addon replaces a Short Answer question with a touch-friendly drawing canvas, uploads the image to Cloudflare R2, and injects an =IMAGE("...") formula directly into your connected Google Sheet.
Works on Short Answer fields only. Attach it from Field addons in the form customizer or via the AI Assistant.
