How to connect Google Form with Discord
Post real-time submissions into private Discord moderator channels or community feeds using formatted Discord Rich Embeds.
Step 1: Create a Discord Channel Webhook
- Open your Discord Server.
- Hover over the channel where alerts should arrive and click Edit Channel (Gear Icon).
- Navigate to Integrations $\rightarrow$ Webhooks.
- Click New Webhook.
- Name your webhook (e.g. "CustomGForm Bot") and click Copy Webhook URL.
Step 2: Configure in CustomGForm
- In the CustomGForm dashboard, open the Connect tab.
- Select the Discord card.
- Paste your Discord Webhook URL.
- Click Send Test Event to see the colored test embed appear in Discord.
- Save your changes.
